Pay Only for the Level of Care You Need
You have access to the highest level of care you need when you visit Bayhealth Emergency and Urgent Care Center, Total Care. If you only need urgent care services during your visit, you’ll only pay urgent care fees. We’re upfront about the billing status for your condition so you’ll know how much you owe before you leave.
For most patients, this price transparency keeps costs lower than fees at most other emergency departments. That’s because we bill more than 70% of our patients at the urgent care level. This fair billing policy saves you, your employer and your community from unnecessary ER charges.
We contract with most major insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicaid. Contact your insurance company for specific costs associated with your plan.
